January 16, 2015 Friday Parent Letter
January 16, 2015
Happy Friday! We had a wonderful week, with a site visit from SVSU to observe our operating systems and concluding with a very creative Martin Luther King Jr. video! Our students continue to amaze us with their knowledge and talent.
We are proud to announce a very distinguished invitation for thirty of our 4th-6th grade students to visit SVSU for dinner and hear words from Keynote Speaker Freeman A. Hrabowski, III, president, University of Maryland, BaltimoreCounty. His focus is on the science and technology.
Our After School Program Part II got off to a great start! Remember to pick up your students from the gym door no later than 5:45pm. Students go to the gym at approximately 5:15 for supper. Thank you for your support!
Monday, January 20th we will be observing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr ’s birthday. School will be closed.
